Evaluations of Novotel Lyon Centre Part-Dieu
offered parking for free as problem with heating could not be solved
When checking in staff did not give access code for parking neither informed that one is needed, had to walk back to reception. Room, especially bath room, could not be heated properly. Access to parking invisible when arriving at night
Location, rooms (petit dejeuner non utilize)
A meeting in an open space (lobby) for € 20 per person is very expensive. (petit dejeuner non utilize)
Staff speak english and will assist you with planning your day, sites to visit.
Room rates seemed little steep! Hotel reception is on 1st floor -- not stated on the site!
Very nicely redecorated rooms. Excellent breakfast. Perfect location next to the train station.
One or two reception staff could not speak any English which is unusual in hotels. However, we had help from others who did.
Large room, directly by the train-station and by the bus station (also direct bus to the airport). Fresh orange juice for breakfast - great!
Liked the size of the room Very comfortable and possible to sit in and read and watch TV Louges large and confortable
Shower very poor even dangerous. Hot to immediate cold and suddenly burning hot. Most uncortable and slippery bath base although there was a rail to hold on if you were quick enough. Definately below standard and dangerous. You should do something about this.
Very modern, atractive and friendly hotel. Available for me at a very advantageous price.
