Evaluations of Novotel London Tower Bridge
excellent location, good bed
poor breakfast variety, in-room coffee machine has never been cleaned, small room
Broken hair dryer was exchanged in less than 1 hour.
High price. Breakfast very expensive. Asked for prepayment as soon as the pre-authorised amount on credit card was taken, but no information on this on taking the pre-authorisation. Also not clear how the amount for pre-authorisation was decided.
On overall, the stay and service at Novotel Tower Bridge has been very satisfying.
I stayed at the Novotel London City South for a few months...wish I had stayed at the Tower Bridge instead during all that time as I felt it was much nicer. I only had one night at Novotel Tower Bridge, but will stay there again if in London for business.
Clean, comfortable hotel.
At least a 15 minute walk to MLP offices. Breakfast selection could be more varied.
Great location, good value for money
Breakfast is expensive
Had to pay extra for internet and breakfast
To stress is the good attainability from London City Airport with DLR or Underground and to our firm's offices. No problem to leave the baggage for the whole day and to pick it up on the way back to the City Airport. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Same positive experience at this stay as at an training course last december which reminded me to book again the Novotel London Tower Bridge.
Did not found something negative
the hotel is modern and very friendly staff. The rroms are nice and it is located in a very nice area public transportation close by, e.g. Thames taxi, underground and rail station. I have not tried the sport area nor the breakfast
good Novotel quality, easy gym
