The hotel cost is average. Facilities can still be improved so it can compete with other hotels nearby. The fellow Filipino hotel attendants are courtious, truely a Filipino ambience, I felt I'm at home.

The sound from toilets/flushes seemed a bit loud especially in the night. Day time is fine.

concierge service was pretty bad. have booked a sightseeing service at arrival, coming down for the tour the next day 5 minutes earlier and he says, that it isn't possible. how about a call?!?!?!?

good waterpressure in high room, good location

very noisy, cannot sleep. If someones turnes on water, you hear it 3 rooms away. The tiles from the pool falling off, water not clean. Staff incompetent at pool and gym. Gym some machines not working, even after a 12 days stay, noone intended to repair anything. Rather a location for younger people who dont mind.

* great location * reasonable cost

* Quite small and low standard room. Not much space to put all personal belongings for 2 persons * Battered bathroom, nearly zero bathroom amenities provided. Dirty bathtab and broken fittings. * Check-in and -out needed a looong time, not for cuing but to process * One out of (only) three lifts was out of order for (minimum) three days. Waitng time during rush hour in the mornings was up to 15 minutes as 28 floors had to be served by two lifts. * Used tea spoon in the room wasn't cleaned/changed the whole week * No free internet

quite a good location between Bukit Bintang & KLCC, so pretty central reasonable price compared to other hotel of same category

service very slow & not very attentive: checking in and out took nearly 30 min each (although there was no queue). The rooms had not been cleaned even late afternoon, even although I put the sign at the door in the morning already (true for quite a number of rooms on the same floor)
