1. Coffee machine stopped working from 3rd day Could have called to get fixed but did not. 2. Opted for not changing the towels, did not expect coffee supplies will not be refilled. 3. Temperature control wasn't optimal. Could have called to get fixed but did not. 4. Very few TV - English channel and CNN was not working. Could have called to get fixed but did not.

The location was very central with a lot of dining options. The staff was friendly, we were able to get late check out which was nice.

The breakfast was a let down. Parking is expensive, not included.

Breakfast. Cleanness

- No Iron available first night. Had to go with clothes from previous day to work. Called at 9pm at reception. Waited until 11pm. Called again and they just said ´´we don't have any available´´. Not offering any solution. Next morning, they had one available only once I complained at reception when heading out. - Almost no water coming out of the shower (tried different times of the day, same thing). Room 408. Not very pleasant shower. - When trying to use the TV, all channels were saying ´´Channel not available´´. So, no TV. - No complimentary water. And empty minibar. If you want water, you need to go downstairs, grab it from the fridge, line up at reception (people might be checking in, so it might take 10 minutes), and ask them then to charge the water to your room. Second time at this Hotel for business. Won't choose is anymore for the future.
