Hotel location
Evaluations of New Bengal Hotel
They were abel to change my reservation and give me cheaper room than one which was not available to book on Internet.
They double charged my stay! I made reservation on Internet and of course I had to confirm it by my credit card. Then in hotel I paid cash and on my return from India I realized when I saw my bank statement that they have charged the stay again on my credit card! I booked two rooms and instead of payment only 2380Rs which we paid cash they also charged to my credit card following 3900Rs which was booking on Internet. Altogether they took from my pocket for two rooms 6280Rs for terrible and dirty rooms valued just 500Rs. I hope I will get with help of my bank the amount back, but as I have seen India I doubt I will ever see the money back :( Tomas Sikora
clean, near central VST, good staff
room without window, and without any opening on fresh air...and very small.
