Positive Staff were very friendly and helpful. Design and decor great in hotel. Good price for city hotel of this quality. Unlike a some 3/4* hotels very good air con. Clean. Negative parking was described as secure onsite, two spaces on pavement outside hotel does not count as that but the receptionist can see your car from the desk which helps. Room to room sound deadening could be better, mostly room doors being better quality.
