Evaluations of Miami International Airport Hotel
The room was spotless and noiseless. The window shutters blocked the outside light very well. The air conditioning worked flawlessly as did the bathroom and the elevators
Right in the airport and close to terminal.
Noise in the close-by rooms very loud. Expensive, no breakfast included, room not very clean.
Location is the only positive factor for this Hotel. If you are arriving late into MIA and departing early the following morning, then it's ok (but expensive). But don't plan on spending any pleasant time in your room.
The room was very small and the view from my window was the roof of the Airport building, so I kept the curtains drawn. Although the floor was designated as non-smoking, there was a definite smoky smell in the room which was unpleasant. The bathroom was fine, but very small. The TV was an old model (no flat-screen)(old model) and the signal went out sporadically. For the price paid, it was the most expensive on my tour through USA/Canada and was the worst quality. Next time, I will definitely stay ´´off-airport´´.
Location right in the airport a huge plus for late arrivals/early departures // we had a quick response and replacement when the TV remote was inoperative
After you come off an international long distance flight it is nice to get a clean room and warm welcome (even at 2 in the morning) that you had described in your overview of hotel. Much appreciated.
The hotel was very conveniently placed.
The room had only one very small window, and that faced a concrete wall. Also I would have liked to see trolley carts available for guests in the morning. I had one the day before from collecting my baggage, but in the morning I had to pay another $3 to get another one. This is unreasonable when the hotel is in the terminal. They could have kept the one from the day before.
I really would have liked tea\coffee making facilities in the room // I would also have liked the opportunity to hire\use a towelling robe.
Great location when catching an early morning flight. Check-in was easy, the staff friendly. The room was clean and adequate for a one night stay.

There is some noise coming from the outside equipments. The noise problem does not come from plains Hot water is not working properly. Some times it is very hot, others cold. Maintenance need to balance the system. Not many options in the TV
