Evaluations of Mercure Hotel Trier Porta Nigra
wonderful stay, was our second time, and well be back
room was good
WLAN must be paid, this in a four star hotel Cashuer for parking doesn't accept money card, need cash
We had a clean , comfortable room. It was good to have coffee and tea making facilities, with a decent -sized cup.
This has to be the most impressive location for any hotel - best possible photo location out of the breakfast room window to the Roman Porta Nigra, and immediately behind that the beautiful town centre, with so many things to see.
super Hotel.........jederzeit wieder!!!!
marvellous location, excellent breakfast catering for both eurropean and North American tastes, marvellous staff
well 9 euros for parking was the only down side While excellent inside, the building itself ios a concrete monstrosity, and not in sympathy with the historic surroundings
Friendly staff, great location and view
No information in wellness area in room.
I asked for a room with a view and they gave me a lovely room overlooking the old town. I also ordered room service as I arrived late and the food was absolutely delicious and very well presented.
I had a very bad fall in the bath as the bath sloped towards the plughole and there was very little grip besides a little bit at the plug end. I'm now going to have my arms x-rayed and have bruising all over. This was mostly my fault for falling over but had there been a proper shower mat and the bath was not sloped, I do not feel I would have fallen over.
