Evaluations of Mercure Hotel Muenchen City Center
The room, the breakfast, all clean.
Too long to check out.
Clean, smooth check in, all info available, good wifi, great location
Service Room employees were using master key to enter rooms even when guests were inside. breakfast not at level of hotel and cost.
There was construction in the hotel so was s noisy and feels like you are living in construction field with all these workers around. Lift was not working. There were lines everywhere. To check out or to go to breakfast you wait so long!
good breakfast, quality and selection
taking breakfast separate is very expensive
Hotel as a central location, near to the train station and subway. The breakfast is very good, but of course a high price. In general I will book it again.
I was in the 7th floor. The open bed room in the gallery has the window to the courtyard, the living room downstairs to the street. The courtyard is silent, but the street side is in the morining more noisy. Unfortunately I had some neighbours which returned in the night and went on with their party. The curtain in the living room looked dirty.
Very friendly and helpful Hotel staff. The Hotel is very central and very close to the Train station.
The breakfast was very good, but 19 EUR is Zoo much. At least if you just grap a coffee and a müsli
Location, and the friendliness and courteous staff. The staff was always available and knowledgeable about the area, events, and transportation.
My room. Although, I was in a non-smoking room. The previous guest must have been a smoker and as result the room stunk, and I do not think that the linens were changed // they stunk also. I have asthma and am very sensitive and allergic to cigarette smoke. Not sure if housekeeping had enough time or the ability to remove the smoke smell and change the linens. Perhaps they were not away that the guest left and the room was reassigned.
The elevator is pretty slow, sometimes you need to wait 10/15 minutes until you get a free slot up to the reception. Sometimes there are big travel groups making the arrival like a big challenge regarding noise, etc.
Near red street
