Evaluations of Mercure Hotel Frankfurt City Messe
elevator maintenance -> 4. level // bad room very bad condition // air condition without function // open windows to a very loud street // park deck very small and not easy reachable // never 4 stars
The location is good if you need to stay near the HBF, but the hotel infrastructure itself is very old and not so pleasant in some ways. Still, my stay went well and I'd recommend it.
The rooms facing the street are noisy, the elevator is very slow and the location itself is very ugly... I risk say even slightly dangerous.
Very good facilities, tidy and clean.
17 Euro for an extra breakfast is very expensive in my point of view.
Very friendly personnel. Free WiFi. Room numbers are a bit confusing: 104 is on second floor (I would expect '1' as floor number). If you travel with a group and wont to get rooms nearby, it's better to leave a special note in your booking.
Good budget hotel !
Very happy wityh the service we received at the Atlantic - will certainly come back
Frankfurt bookfair prices
Staff is polait and have a good level of English. We stay at Atlantic during Ambiente exebition in Fr. - the price was triple higher than normal one. Cancelation was free of charge onlu 6 weeks before arrival date. In the room there was a strong smell of something that I can't describe, but it was quite terrible. In the bathroom there is no hitting.
Equipment is middle one - no radio, standard TV programms. Windows of the room faced to the Dusseldorf street - noise at nigth
