Evaluations of Mercure Hotel Erfurt Altstadt
I don't have a any positive feelings about this hotel
Bosch-hotels.com inform me about free of charge about park place but I paid for parking place about 50 euro and also employees of front office is so bad and I think: they racism about me also my college because I come from Turkey and I am Turk.
Good location, clean facility, quiet.
Desk staff a bit unfriendly, rest of staff very nice.
The location is ideal.
There were few smiles from the staff while I was there for 5 nights, and those I did see seemed programed. Cold atmosphere. Seventeen euros for breakfast is too much, and I was told that if I did not take the breakfast then wifi in my room would cost 9 instead of 3 euros for 24 hours.
no sport facilities
Good value, good location, walkable from the tram.
None really, smaller rooms
