Positive Well situated at Walking distance from the Central station. Negative A bit noisy with the trams nearby.

Positive Very friendly welcome at Reception, always makes a good start to a hotel stay! Negative Hot Bar snacks were limited - anything healthy would have had to be taken in restaurant but as it was nearly 10pm, I did not want to have to go there.

Positive The hotel reception staff were very polite and helpful. The rooms were well decorated, clean in in good order. Public space of the hotel are of a good quality and clean and tidy. Negative Some hotel guests were inconsiderate, from people arriving late in the evening make noise at 3.00am and in the early morning some parent allowed their children to run up and down the hotel corridors shouting and screaming at 6.00am in Sunday morning.
