lovely room, but smaller than I expected after seeing the picture on the computer Reception staff and Concierge very helpful/friendly.

I was told that the room was very quiet when infact it was noisy I could hear people across hall and in the next room,and the traffic was loud all night. Problem at breakfast, had spoken to reception the evening I arrived, I was told breakfast would not be a problem but it was! I was told I wasn't booked and made to feel very uncomfortable!! The cost of the breakfast was very expensive!! even hotels in Scotland do not charge as much and if you are spending the amount that the rooms cost breakfast should be included!! Also the staff in the bar were not very helpful, as I arrived in London later than expected and was looking for something to eat I waited a long time for a menu after asking a waiter then had to ask at the bar as there were not many staff around and the bar was busy.I take it if a woman is travelling alone you get ignored! but if in a group you get served quicker.
