Positive The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and courteous, and i enjoyed using the equipment in exercise area. Negative If anything, I only wish there could have been some sort of complementary breakfast, but I honestly don't have any bad thing to say.

Positive Full service experience - turn down, stocked minibar, express valet, etc. Decor, facilities. Oriented for business clientele (and good for leisure guests). Wonderfully accommodating staff. Negative Nothing! (But one suggestion that I'd give all high-end hotels: make your in-room internet/wireless access complimentary. It's a big perk to guests at minimal cost to the hotel.)
