Positive following my lack of sleep on the first night, i complained in the morning and they changed my room to one at the back.... thank god! somewhere quiet! staff very helpful Negative my first night was 150 euro, and i had a room on the front facing o'connell street. i did not sleep a wink because the noise from the street was so bad, and the windows were not secondary glazed to help reduce noise.
