Positive Nice seafront location, would ask for a sea view room next time. We expected to have a disturbed night as there was a wedding reception going on when we retired, with a lot of noise both outside and in the foyer. However once in the room the noise was har Negative Not fond of buffet breakfasts as one is not sure how long the cooked breakfast has been kept warm. That said the cooked breakfast was average, and there was plenty of choice and one could take as little or as much as was required, minimising waste.

Positive The hotel suits us very well, as we travel from Spain to South Shields to visit my family. Having the view of the sea and the position of the hotel is very good.Staff always very helpful in fact have got to know them more each time we have stayed. Negative Possibly the only negative is not having a small fridge in the room, and sometimes the heating was not adequate but apart from that we were very happy, and have already booked to stay in August.
