Böblingen, die kleine Industriestadt im Süden Stuttgarts, in der Nähe des Stuttgarter Flughafens und der wichtigsten süddeutschen Autobahnen gelegen, hat sich als Kongress-, Kultur- und Wirtschaftszentrum einen Namen gemacht. Die Stadt bietet zahlreiche Kultur- und Sportstätten und eine Mineraltherme, die das historische Stadtbild aufmuntern und unterstreichen.

Unser Hotel liegt direkt im Zentrum von Böblingen und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum nahe gelegenem Stadtpark, Rathaus, Stadtkirche, Kongresshalle und Einkaufspassagen. Von Stuttgart aus ist man mit der S-Bahn in 30 Minuten in Böblingen. Von dort ist das Hotel List in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Hotel List verfügt über 31 helle moderne Zimmer die alle mit Dusche/WC, Minibar, Telefon, TV mit Satellitenprogrammen, Telefax und Computeranschluss ausgestattet sind. Eine Miniküche ist auch in einigen Zimmern vorhanden.
