Friendliness of the front desk staff, she recommended a couple of good restaurants and was very helpful.

The toilet was running all night, the bed and pillows were hard as a rock.

When shuttle availabile, service is great.

Restrooms on 1st floor when I used them were terribly dirty, paper all over, etc. Breakfast should need some more offers. Front desk personnel could be friendlier and more helpfull.

Complimentary breakfast buffet was sufficient. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Although making numerous requests for a refrigerator in my room and always being told it would be taken care of right away, it never happened. Rooms are very dated, bathroom as well. Bathroom only contained 2 bars of soap and 1 small bottle of shampoo. No bathroom cup was provided. Hallways always smelled of cigarette smoke although it was a nonsmoking floor. Heat unit was very difficult to regulate.

Quite a decent hotel. Provides shuttle to LH building however very rigid with times and frequency.

The Breakfast was not so attractive. Very limited continental set-up. Boiled Eggs were frozen cold for example.

Close to the LH office, good quality of the room, all equipment available. Also they offer shuttle service (if the driver is there) to the main points of interest.

One could smell the smoke in the elevator going to 3rd floor. I was not able to use my UA mileage plus card to earn points even though it offered it to me in advance.

Good schuttle service, clean, rooms are ok.

Corporate rate rose this year and is too high for offer. It is higher than maximum permitted. Breakfast has not much to choose from.

Very friendly staff, nice rooms, nice lobby, nice breakfast place to eat

A/C is the old, loud kind, located next to the bed. Hard to sleep with the A/C being on. Breakfast is okay. Did not like the styrofoam plates and cheap plastic forks to eat with. Prefer real plates or at least good quality paperplates.
