Evaluations of La Posada Regia I La Posada Regia II
Location. This hotel is extremely well located
I encountered a man working at the Front Desk who was unbelievably rude. II will never stay at that hotel again and he is 100% of the reason why. I went down to the front desk my last morning at the hotel at 07:00 to ask the man there for advice as to where I could find coffee that early. Of course the hotel served breakfast, but that was not available until 08:00. He gave me some very general, very vague answer, so I headed out to try and follow his directions and find the coffee shop. I had gotten about 100 yards down the street when the man came running after me yelling that I had to come back to the hotel and pay my bill for my two night stay at the hotel. I tried to explain that I was only going for coffee and that I would not be checking out and leaving the hotel for several hours yet. After all, my suitcase and computer were still in the room. He would have none of this and kept insisting, very loudly, that I had to return to the hotel with him and pay. I finally did so. When I attempted to pay with my American Express card he refused to accept it, even though it was the card I used to guarantee the reservation months ago.
No parking available. They requested 9 euros per day to park in a public carpark. Every hotel we have ever been provides free parking for its customers. WIFI did not work in the room. Over priced breakfast.
The location was great and the staff friendly and helpful.
had a room with no view, which was not expecting, but it was okay
Good location and quality of the rooms. Authentic, keep it that way
The room was very hot with heating on, we did not ask for help as it was late.
Two out of 3 of the reception staff were excellent. Therefore we only rated it with 3 * but it should have been **** The two girls were a pleasure and most helpful. We were very happy with where the hotel was situated.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location.
Free but extremely slow WIFI...I gave up trying to use it.
Nice building,good bathroom.Well positioned.
Our room had no window other than a velux. The person in the room below stood on his balcony below and smoked late at night so the smoke drifted up and under the velux. Most unpleasant. Also the noise when bars close is enormous!
