Positive The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful related to all aspects of Venice. Negative The hotel bathroom is EXTREMELY small and the breakfast left a lot to be desired. A 'Do Not Disturb' sign was ignored by the maid who came in and cleaned the room.

Positive OK Location. Negative Mold lining entire bath tub area. Internet is pay and then didn't work in my room. i could only get signal downstairs. Breakfast is low end. Not worth the price. Needs to upgrade, clean, and rethink its policies/pricing.
