Clean facilities, very firm bed

Elevators are very slow and only 2 were operative out of 3, very frustrated each time to wait for the lift.

Didn't stay tried to change booking but was charged 850$ even though I didn't even stay ..a joke

the hotels policy in regards to changing shooking ( the dates etc) I have never heard if that before and I think that it is a draconian to say the least .. I will be telling people that I know and warning them to never book at a hotel that is so in flexable .. but in saying that I did know the rules before I booked .., Robert Gaunt
