Negative I have put the luggage in this hotel early morning. When I checked in afternoon,the front desk did't tell me where is my luggage didn't put in my room. Then I come back again to looking for my luggage.

Positive One of the best hotels we stayed while in our trips to japan. Very well located in a very pretty island. The staff was very kind and helpful. We didn't get time to eat there but from what I saw it looked excellent. Negative Because it is located in an island, we had to pay 240 yen per person in the train to go to the center of town, although we had a JR pass. So we kept our trips to the hotel to a minimum.
