Positive Really good conditions, good restaurant, pleasant localization (despite the distance from the city, a bus stop is just round the corner). But first and foremost, the proprietor is very friendly and helpful and goes out of his way (even literally) to make Negative Railway just behind the building. But even so, I slept quite well.

Positive Excellent value for money. Water kettle and tea bags in room. Free WiFi. Negative No shower curtain, requires certain shower skills not to flood the bathroom. Very low WiFi signal in that particular room (which was furthest away from the router).
