Hotel Julia (Cassano d'Adda)

The building is located on an island between tha Adda river and tha Muzza canal. It's made of Villa Maggi Ponti, of the hotel, whose rooms are derivered from ancient local customs, of a XIV century Tower and a large garden. It offers relaxing hospitality in a timeless atmosphere close to Milan and Bergamo. The hotel has 24 rooms wich have been gracefully redecorated. Some of them have a wonderful view on the Muzza canal and the Cassanese side of the Adda river. Particular attention should be paid to the special bedroom in the medieval Tower. It's large with antique furniture and a panelled ceiling. It has an amazin view. The rooms have all services, direct line phone, internet line, TV, DVD reader and hair dryer. A large parking space is inside the building. The halls and the park of the Villa are ideal for parties, meetings and banqueting. In oreder to satisfy the customer's needs, the Villa offers the use of the kitchen and appropriate services for the organization of wedding banquets, business lunches, and private parties. During the winter time the reataurant offers hospitality in the old glasshouse of the Villa Maggi Ponti, where one can dine by candle light and in the cooler season in front of the cosy fireplace in the main building. During the summer time the restaurant is outside, on the large veranda in the Villa's garden.. The cook offers simple but delicious meals. The wine cellar has an ecellent choice of italian wines. The Pizzeria is noted for its high standard of ingredients and quality. Distances from Milan Linate and Bergamo Orio airports about 20 km, from Malpensa airport 80 km.
