Positive everything about the visit was positive. we used room service on the sat eve and there was a delay and some confusion but it was sorted out honestly and quickly when I phoned. couldn't fault them would certainly stay in hotel again

Positive Quiet room. Quality of food in buffet option was very good. Help with sorting out invoice when I queried the charge. Negative Accidental charging of booking on the day room rate. Advice on reception that room would be charged to join company card when it was not. Windows in room need a clean and tv was not working. Compulsory service charge for a buffet meal.
