Positive Staff was very nice and took requests seriously. Help (concerning city questions) was provided well. Negative Unfortunately cleanliness needs to be improved. Dirty sheets in a fresh room as well as hair in the shower sink are unforgivable. On request, dirty sheets were replaced, but with new dirty sheets. I did not need a new soup every day (which was done) but
