Positive I really felt welcomed - my room was definitely ready, and the television monitor welcomed me by name! Negative Please ditch the $30 per night parking fees. Next time I'll try the train. Speaking of trains, since you provide airport transportation, it would be nice to have transportation to the nearby Amtrak station in Irvine.
