The staff was very rude and were not helpful at all. I called three times in advance to make sure I had a King bed in my room. They confirmed this for me every time I called, including the morning before I arrived. They told me when I arrived that they had no king beds available, and that there was no note on my reservations about it. THREE TIMES THEY CONFIRMED THAT I HAD A KING BED!! She then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing she could do and it was a first come, first serve basis. She would not even pretend like she cared and would not help me at all. She told me that she could move me up into a bay room, for an additional charge every night. You would have though they would have at least given me a discount for the upgrade, but absolutely not. Regular price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
