Positive Staff were exceptional, very helpful, friendly and accommodating.Location excellent. Negative Room was a little dirty, not well dusted and just seemed unclean compared to other IGH I have stayed with. Things missing from the room - face clothes, things from the accessories box. Just not much attention to detail.
