Positive Very friendly and co-operative staff, especially when I arrived after 11p.m. and after I left my key-card in the room ... The kind of reception and service that makes you want to go back. Negative My room was very noisy, mainly because of large numbers of young people spending the night --- or what seemed most of it --- in a nearby square. A room towards the back, next time, please!

Negative My reservation (made on bosch-hotels.com on week before my arrival) was lost. Even with the reservation number , they were unable to find this booking. So the day of my arrival , I had to find another accomodation.
