Positive I could use the hotel PC to search for another hotel which I found within 5 minutes, I could cancel the hotel and move to the other one I had booked via hotel.d Negative when I arrived at the hotel, after 6 pm, I was told that the only room available is a smoking room. As a non-smoker I was shocked. There was no apology for that, just the statement, and the criticism that they could have cancelled the hotel as I was late.
