Positive Excellent location if you want to visit Paris for tourism or business. Especially if you have a car you are a 7 minutes ride from Porte Maillot, 10 minuts from Arc de Triomphe and les Champs-Elysees, 3 minutes from La Defense! Plus you can park safely you Negative Some points related to cleanliness, especially in public areas (corridors, restaurant etc) have to be rexamined. One more point : The announced "Petit dejeuner" - breakfast for early birds (at 4.00 am...) was not there.
