Evaluations of ibis Lausanne Crissier
Was a last minute boking but ended as disaster :-( Unfriendly reception, hardly responsing for questions.Breakfast was not worth for the price.
standart business calss hotel
Breakfast is way to expansive for whats offerd.
good breakfast, very friendly staff, comfortable bed
noisy air condition, leaking shower tube
I've stayed in 4 star hotels in Switzerland that are far, far worse than this clean, modern hotel (it seems all you need to get a 4* rating is a high price and fancy soap. The Ibis has neither.)
Bar/Restaurant understaff. Waiting time for ordering too long,in peak period. No room service.
first time I've stayed in an IBIS in approx. 4 years and I was very, very pleasantly surprised..... highly recommendable....
the reception should loudly ask for a womens birth date and as well, as prepaiment was requested at check in, they should not close the account at the same time not allowing us to put the meals on the room account. Its emarrasing if someone from the restaurant phones 10pm asking to come down an pay the bill as it can`t be put any longer on the room account. I guess the receptionist was not properly trained.
