Alarm call requested but forgotten by staff even after writing it down, dirty room, broken equipment in room, noisy, uncomfortable bed, wrong type of key card for the room and it took the staff over 20 mins to find the right one. Complaints ignored in the morning. I could go on.

Seals on windows had perished causing excessive road noise. Shower freezing or very hot only.
