Positive The staff was friendly and informative. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The room was large and the air conditioner worked great. The voucher for the undergound parking was appreciated. Negative The carpet in the room was very stained and worn. I found it odd that the staff was not in a uniform; it would look more professional if they were.
