The service was excellent. I was there for a week and the staff makes an effort to learn guests names and greet you by name when they see you. The hotel is located near several chain restaurants within walking distance. Good concierge level with decent snacks.
I found the staff at this location very friendly and helpful. The front desk and restaurant teams were accomodating and assisted with questions and service.

Poor cell phone reception in some rooms. Doors don't have closers and the slams from down the hall can be heard in the room.
had a problem with the laundry service, took two days and repeated request to get laundry returned
No hot water for one day of stay. No bath mat in bathtub - slipped and hurt myself. Staff was not attentive.
