- accessible power outlets near the bed

- no towel hook available when bathroom door open
- no ceiling light in the room
- the cleaning staff were entering my room before 9
- very little place for clothes, living out of suitcase necessary
- breakfast experience was poor, there were labels promising a lot of products (bacon, bircher muesli) which were simply not there
