Staff at check-in and checkout were extremely welcoming and helpful. Above what I see in almost any other of the 50 hotels I stay in per year !
Room is comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped.
A very good hotel indeed.

Very minor point - hard to get coffee at breakfast from the machine because the machine was very slow/ broken. Staff tried hard to help, but the equipment is simply inadequate.
