I liked how we could choose the ‘early check in’ option yet it was never disclosed from what time we are able to carry out the ‘early check in’. We loved that we got free bottles of water and complementary coffee and teas each morning. It was very nice and the cleaners did an amazing job.

There was a lack of front of staff during the busiest period being the Cork Jazz festival. We were greeted by a nice man for our early check in, but when walking in and out throughout the day we noticed that there was never someone to be front of house. The hotel always seemed empty staff wise. When checking out there was no one available so we had to check out via the manual touch screen. It seemed very impersonal and that the place lacked personality, character and a livelyness.
