The Modernist is a new boutique hotel in downtown Thessaloniki. Occupying a 1920’s building its minimalist yet sensual design combines old-world grace and new-age hospitality.

Special features of the hotel

Occupying a 1920’s building that has been restored, its 40 contemporary rooms have been uniquely designed and decorated in 2018 and can comfortably accommodate single travelers as well as couples and families up to four. Breakfast will be served in-room in a lovely breakfast bag. Leisure and business travelers will enjoy a 24 hours reception, luggage storage facilities, free super-fast Wi-Fi. An off-site parking is also available at extra charge. In order to reach the highest possible safety standards to protect our guests from COVID-19, our breakfast will be served in-room in a lovely breakfast bag.
