I was put up in a flat outside the hotel.I was therefore obliged to go out in the frozen weather when I went to have a drink, when I went back to my room and then same issue to have my breakfast. In addition, I have been given a bedroom without blackout curtain.

I booked a room including breakfast. 1st day my room number was not registered with breakfast included. Staff told me that it will be informed. Till departure, it was not fixed.
