Für Kurzaufenthalte sehr Gut. Gute Verkehrsanbindung.

Zu wenig Personal für die Menge an Gästen. Da kommt immer Stress auf! Zu wenig Plätze beim Frühstück

Das Hotelpersonal war hilfsbereit, Frühstück war ok

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer für eine Nacht gebucht. Als wir eincheckten wurde uns gesagt wir bekommen ein Upgrade und dürfen in einem der Apartments übernachten. Leider mussten wir feststellen, dass das Apartment für eine Einzelperson war - Einzelbett mit Schlafmulde, Handtuch und Bettwäsche für eine Person usw. Auf Nachfrage nach einem Doppelzimmer (Doppelbett) wurde uns gesagt dass das Hotel voll ist und es keine andere Möglichkeit gibt. Wir wurden damit abgespeißt, dass uns die Gebühr von 22€ für die Tiefgarage erlassen wurde. Eine Unverschämtheit, wie ich finde, seinen Gästen, die Wochen vorher gebucht haben, kein Zimmer mehr anbieten zu können. Absoluten NO GO.

Tiefgarage mit großen Parkplätzen, U-Bahn Station direkt vor der Tür (10 Minuten bis zum Marienplatz), reichhaltiges Frühstück von 6:30 - 11:00 Uhr,

ein Stuhl zum Schreibtisch wäre gut gewesen...
