The niu Welly is all about life at the harbor and sea. Maritime motifs like seagulls, sea and sailors are ubiquitous. With Nordic elements and materials such as solid wood, paddles and portholes.

Everything is connected and alive in our the niu Welly. When a stiff breeze blows outside, a cozy atmosphere awaits you, and not just in your smart bunk. So come on board, have a drink at the bar or surf in the Living Lounge for casual music. Flatscreens, USB ports, lots of power outlets and high-speed Wi-Fi are available everywhere and anytime. The niu Welly is also located in the center of Kiel, close to the main train station and the cruise ship pier - a perfect starting point for your next sailing trip or city stroll. Welly means rubber boots and is a must-have in Kiel. And otherwise everything revolves around life at the harbor and the sea in the niu Welly. We are a city-center hotel and do not have our own parking facilities; however, we have a partnership with the Q-Park parking garage at Holstenstrasse 1.
