At the crossing St. Pölten you follow the highway S33 in (direction Krems). In Krems you follow highway S5 until the crossing Stockerau. Here you change to highway A22 (direction Wien). In Vienna take exit “Brigittenauer Brücke” to cross the bridge and follow the street Handelskai to your right. At Innstraße turn right again and follow the street until Dresdnerstraße (750 meters).

Within just 15 minutes you can reach the niu Franz with the train from platform 2 (direction Floridsdorf) until the station Traisengasse. After leaving the station through the same exit name, you turn left to the crossroads Traisengasse/Dresdnerstraße.
