Upon the morning of checkout for this reseravation on November 05, 2025 at aprox 10:30 am, Mr. Weissinger returned to his rm #215 and was confronted by several hotel staff standing at his rm door, including Ms. Nitin Patel who represented herself as the "owner of the hotel." At this time, Mr. Weissinger was told there was a suspected leak in his rooom that needed to be inspected in the shower, staff came in and looked and left stating they would be back later. A few minutes later the Lake Jackson PD knocked on Mr. Weissinger door and he was told he was being criminally trespassed off the property for a "fake reservation" and Nintin Patel demanded he be asked to "leave the property" and not come back under penalty of arrest for trespassing. Ms. Patel then reported Mr. Weissinger's car abandoned and had it towed to a vehicle storage facility (at a cost to Mr. Weissinger of +$450.00 US) after Ms. Patel attempted to have the tow truck driver break into his car illegally with a slim-jim.
