Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir trafen schon gegen 10 Uhr im Hotel ein, konnten unser Gepäck dort einstellen und erhielten sofort die Baselcard (freie Benutzung der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel) und Obst zur Stärkung.
