The bed was comfortable and the hotel is located near to transport links and shops which is useful. The wifi connection was good.
No coffee machine or kettle in the room yet the hotel is 4 stars? A kettle was received when requested but it only worked intermittently. A double was requested yet a twin room provided. The bath was tiny. I expect more from a 4 star hotel.
