The Hotel Mocambo was built in the 1940s by Spanish architects who gave it a spectacular Mediterranean type setting. The hotel was constructed on Mocambo Beach upon the highest land in the region which provides a spectacular view of the sea from its enormous terraces. As the hotel faces east you can watch the unequalled spectacles of the sunrise or the moon and its reflections.
