The hotel was constructed with natural stones found locally. Hotel Terrantai also has a library where guests can have fresh organic tea. The Lodge is surrounded by San Pedro de Atacama art galleries, crafts centers and restaurants. Please note that prior to arrival, guests must specify if they prefer a double bed or a twin bed. Please note that Terrantai Lodge Andino is not suitable for children due to its design and architecture. Our stone walls or the bonfire we light during the nights in the patio, may cause a risk for children younger than 15 years. Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19% To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid seperately.
