The hotel is just a 10–15 minute walk (1 km) from Kempten’s center with its pedestrian zone, shops, cafés and restaurants. The historic old town with the Town Hall, St. Lawrence Basilica and the Archaeological Park Cambodunum is also within easy reach. Excellent transport links: the A7 (exit Kempten-Nord) is 3–4 km away, the main train station 2.5 km (5–10 min by taxi/bus). A bus stop is directly in front of the hotel. Nearby are the Iller river, Iller cycle path, city park and hiking trails into the Allgäu Alps. Despite the quiet side street location, connections are excellent. Ideal for business travelers (close to Liebherr, Multivac) and tourists. Ski resorts (e.g. Oberstdorf) and lakes (e.g. Alpsee) are 30–60 minutes by car.
